In a word, YES
and the bigger the empire, the harder it is to keep track of every “top level trusted employee”
Thats why a “boss” PLACES those people in those positions, so the “boss’ doesn’t have to micro-manage
At my businesses height, we were contracting cable installations in systems in 4 different states,,,, over a dozen cities/ towns. I had a “top level trusted” manager in each town overseeing the day to say operations.
