Good grief!
It was an accident.
No one would have wished this on those people.
An accident, no doubt. But this appears to be a legitimate issue. These ‘acoustic’ cut offs are already used in Norway and Brazil, and this accident will clearly give support to those who would like to see them used for future US off shore deep water drilling. (Assuming there is any)
