And it’s isn’t “old school.” The language’s origin dates back to 1977. The C language was formed in 1972 by Dennis Ritchie, so it’s more “old school” than Ada.

Very true, I was thinking that C / C++ / C♯ is still in widespread use will Ada is in decline.
