I think the police should actually take the risk to go in and subdue them with non-lethal force. Like, right the fuck now.

Once the riots have been subdued, city/county-equivalent governments must begin a real community outreach to figure out why they broke out in the first place.

And a “lack of security cameras/telescreens watching people’s every move on the street” must NOT be considered a valid reason.
