That goes back to this morning - Trump was warned that they couldn’t get the usual lead time on witnesses because of Trump’s repeated misconduct and threatening witnesses. So the defense operates at a disadvantage.

They know everyone on the witness list (that’s been known for a while). They just don’t know when witnesses will actually testify.
