Military costs are going to have to be cut BUT our spending on both the Iraq/Afghanistan wars for the last 10 years still doesn’t equal the budget deficit from just this year.

Which would imply we have a revenue problem, no? So why not make people and businesses who earn more pay more? Seems fair.

At the same time, we can talk about cutting military costs while the GOP flatly refuse to do so since they fetishize the military so much, and we can keep dancing around the health care issue altogether.
