Exactly- and as you know, Islam is not to be blame for the behavior of these beats.

The waters get muddied because Islam has been co opted by these tyrants- that is to say they have deliberately politicized the religion so that many people fail to distinguish between the religion and the politics.

When the state pays the clerics, it isn’t surprising to those clerics tow the party line.

Further, by deliberately politicizing and blurring the lines, the tyrants blame criticism directed at them as religiously oriented and thus further alienation is developed and maintained.
