But again, this is not the authors’ fault. They mention climate change a single time:

They don’t claim that this is a primary or even a significant factor. They simply say there is a contribution. So perhaps the person at CNET should be blamed for utterly distorting the conclusions of the study? Because contrary to what she writes, the authors do not imply that “people with failed marriages can be blamed for global warming” (i.e. serve as one of the significant causes).
