My two priorities in the legislature are stopping something that isn’t a threat and is already unconstitutional, and promoting my religions views on sex which are backwards, and doing so is also unconstitutional.

To be fair, I don’t think there is anything unconstitutional about promoting abstinence even if it is informed by his religious views. Stupid and counter productive yes, unconstitutional, not by a long shot.
