After high 70s earlier this week, we have a hard freeze warning for tonight. I figured it was a good night for some Chili, and I made a small mistake. I was whipping up a batch of my chili seasoning, and was making a double batch. Without thinking, I used all of it with a single batch pot. Lets just say that it’s going to keep me warm inside.
I did try something new, I tossed a little under a TBS of dutch cocoa into the mix. That and the smoked paprika is making for a nice rich taste.
