Really good hummus…..

I was spoiled when I lived in San Francisco out in the Parkside neighborhood. On 17th @ Taraval there was a produce market with a middle eastern cafe next door, both owned by the same family. Every other day the operator of the cafe, Ernie, would cook up fresh hummus, tabouli, babaganoush, mousaka, and of course falafel. I humbly apologize for butchering the spelling of the foods. Having that cafe within walking distance of our flat was its own kind of happiness.
