Unless he contacts her in some way I can’t yet. The first time he violates, because he’s dumb and he will, it’s a $500 fine to get out. The second time he violates they’ll hold him until a trial which could be weeks. It will be at least his 3rd felony which will revoke his parole and add 5 yrs to his sentence and he’ll be tossed back in prison where her brother has a surprise for him. I told my SiL that and she knows I’m not bluffing about her brother. She got a letter from him earlier this week and he’s ashamed of himself for not being here, depressed that he can’t really do anything about it, and angry all at the same time. He runs with a mexican gang in prison and he swears if the guy ever ends up in the system again he can get him.
