Regardless if the current missile is nuclear armed or not (probably not), it needs to be destroyed on the launch pad or in flight. No matter how much humanitarian aid is given the DPRK, they will increase their militarism until they are ready to attack South Korea, or Japan. By slapping them down now, we increase the chances of creating a leadership civil war and a weakening of their terrorist sponsorship. imo
