With Virginia, it’s even more interesting since we got what are called independent cities. I was in Rockingham County, Virginia recently, a quite red county but within its border exists the town of Harrisonburg where James Madison University is located.

And Fredericksburg surrounded by the beat red Stafford and Spotsylvania counties.
