This was my immediate thought. Trump already went in there and lied to the judge’s face. The judge thinks he’s a liar. The judge already ruled he’s a fraud. So at this point, if Donnie does anything BUT tell the whole, unvarnished truth, this judge would easily find his testimony untruthful and refer him to the DA for perjury charges. Would they actually prosecute him for lying in a civil trial?

Moreover, would the Republicans who impeached Clinton over the same crime say anything about it?
