Mashed potatoes. Traditionally it’s a large sausage or two (lincolnshire or cumberland), and mashed potatoes. Served with onion gravy and mustard on the side. I love it. Sometimes you get peas with it, but mushy peas (yes, they’re called that) are an abomination.
I would love that. I put mustard on most pork products. And I love onions AND gravy. The peas can go to the dog.
