But reporters are supposed to try to keep it out of their stories.
And editors finish the job (among other things).

Reporters are supposed to keep their opinion that, say, the US has more credibility than Iran out of their stories?

So if they’re reporting on claims that the US and Iran are making, they should give equal weight to each one?
