The one thing I worry about with this is that it becomes the bill that proves Republicans can vote for a bill and it gives worried democrats cover.
Rural Republicans (such as my own Republicypher representative Adrian Smith) generally oppose fuquery with the Post Office, as it directly affects their constituents.
