If they open the can of worms of allowing doctors to sue to challenge FDA decisions based on hypothetical future harms to doctors, they will throw the entire pharmaceutical industry into total chaos, and it would be very unlike Roberts to cause titans of industry that much indigestion. I think they will reverse the 5th Circuit in a 7-2 decision.

They will go further thanks to radical Xtians. I made the fatal mistake of posting that I used it for bad RA attacks and relatives insisted I was lying and getting it for women who want an abortion.
