I am kind of surprised they’re as free as they are about letting you download from anywhere, seems like the RIAA would hate that… but maybe its small-potatoes and inconvenient compared to torrent priacy.

My guess is they simply haven’t noticed. They’re insane enough to sue both Amazon and Google over this because their whole biz plan is based on the idea of “If you can’t innovate, litigate”. I’d say about 6 more months before they sue simply based on how clueless they tend to be. What happens then is anyone’s guess but at least it’ll probably take a decade to work it’s way to the SCUSA and by then, who knows?
