Eh… over at Ace, they’re writing that this is great for Breitbart - since it will expose NAACP and Sherrod’s malfeasance/misconduct or some other such nonsense.

That’s right - they’re thinking that this suit will somehow exonerate and justify Breitbart’s conduct.

Ed Morrisey think Obama somehow fears the story being exposed….

I somehow doubt that the Obama administration will see that as beneficial to its own objectives, either, as they seem as anxious to bury the story as anyone involved.
