Oh, it’s much worse than that… he failed to report ordinary income, income from the use of the car and driver, and did so only after getting the HHS nomination. For all the talk about how he caught these mistakes himself, the fact is that but for the nomination, he would have continued to have broken the law. He should not be confirmed and the GOP should make a point of it in the hearings.
