So, just for the sake of argument, let’s say he’s right. What is his point? Unsophisticated people don’t get sick? Or are they better able to negotiate the healthcare system without insurance than the more sophisticated folks are?

I think he is dissing the ACA system. He is also lumping a group of people together, implying that all “poor” people are illiterate, unable to use the internet and generally legally dependent.

This ignores the working poor, the educated, but underemployed etc …
