Last night’s dinner…Hong Kong style steamed sea bass. Totally easy to make…just lay bass on top of sliced ginger, green onion and cilantro on a plate, put plate onto bamboo steamer, and after about 10 minutes remove and drizzle with hot chili oil and soy.
By the way…ceramic knives are nice to have - but they do chip so use them for vegetables but don’t chop with them.
