I’ll cut it off myself. I’ve done it before.

Years ago my first born slammed his bedroom door and turned up his stereo to blaring, in an effort to not hear me on the other side.

First, I cut the power to the house, unlocked his door with a bobby pin and finally removed the door from its hinges.

He never tried that kind of thing again.
