Have you searched for complaints against the screening company? Maybe there is a lawyer out there looking for other victims of the negligence. Wired had an article about how the public can search more deeply, like the pros do. I say this in the spirit of know your enemy. A lot of it would be useless but there are some tidbits that might help you. The article ties to a 600+ page PDF.
