For those of us who can’t watch the video at work or take 3 seconds of him, what happened?

Trump said Biden is going to defund the police, it’s in some document of biden’s.

Wallace diaf trump was wrong.

Trump said he was right and asked some staffer to get the document.

Staffer gets document, trump pursues, finds objectable stuff but nothing about police.

Wallace reports this and chuckles reiterating that Biden doesn’t want to defund the police.
