I admit, I am the closest I have ever been to despairing. Just now, the totality of the damage this freak and his enablers have done - are doing - will continue to do has sunk in. And it sucks. But you know what? I’m still not giving in. I refuse to walk the dark road. I still have hope that we can eventually fix this, that we’ll come out of this with new checks and balances to prevent Donald J. Trump from ever happening to this country again. No doom-and-gloom from the fishbowl, no ma’am. Just a giant middle finger extended in the general direction of Washington, D.C.
