Crap. Just watched one of Rick Perry’s ad for The Response. He’s standing in front of the American flag and the state flag of Texas. A semi official announcement if you will. A violation of the Establishment Clause IMO.

This trickle down announcement thing people do these days really pisses me off. Either run or don’t run. But don’t give me that “I’m going to announce my decision to form an exploratory committee after the next twenty seven news cycles” bullshit.
