“Plans to retire.” IOW, he’s getting out because he sees this shitshow’s expiration date is fast approaching.

As we draw closer to November 3rd, I wouldn’t at all be surprised if we start seeing more of these “retirements”.

It’d be a textbook example of rats fleeing the sinking ship. Of course, I expect there will be some rats, like Stephen Miller for instance, who will probably choose to go down with the ship.
