Of course, because each and every piece of legislation must wait to be signed until the president is physically present with it in the oval office. Never mind that we now spend billions of dollars per week via electronic signatures…the president (well, at least this president) needs to be held to a higher standard, we cannot allow this Ni**er to pass legislation without his actual signature!

Sure we let the last six or seven presidents do it and never ever complained before, but they were honest white men they were not Ni**ers you damn fools!

Printers, pens, typewriters and factory processed paper are also suspect. All official documents must be on hand made papyrus using quills, transcribed by Monks and properly distributed via the use of Town Criers.
