Almost Autumn
One of the few good things about a (hopefully) short bit of unemployement is seeing the sun creep down into the western sky and being able to take off out the door to try to take advantage of the warm late summer light.
Perhaps the dead birch as the leaves surrounding it start to show the annual change?
Or this instead?
Still, in the end, it’s that sunlight that will be behind the western hills before I get home.
As well it’s the opportunity to use a 9 mm f/8.0 fixed aperture toy lens to make what was, in some ways the most surprising image of the afternoon…
