I was a fan up until Fahrenheit 911. Watching the movie I kept wondering “why wasn’t any of this stuff in the news”? I came home and started googling and discovered that most of it was various degrees of bullshit. Like anyone, I think he started out with good intentions but got sucked into his own gimmick. It was easy, his audience was mostly uncritical, and it made him a lot of money.

Never saw it. Guess it’s because by the time that came out my live-in mate split. :D
