How delusional do they have to be to actually think the American public would pass their idiotic “Cut Cup and Balance” plan after the chaos created by their own intransigence?

They’re banking on voters buying their defense that this was necessary to prevent worse, and that it was someone else’s fault, preferably Barack Obama’s.
