The problem is that there are people with real credentials — both MD’s such as those with the FLCCC alliance and evolutionary biologists such as Bret Weinstein — promoting this nonsense. Average people gravitate to those who share their political biases and get their information from sources they consider reliable because of this shared worldview. The only hope is if enough of these credentialed deniers get Covid 19 and publicly repent of their dishonesty, but my guess is that they would rather die than make such a retraction.
