I went something like 4 years not eating pizza, not for any specific reason. For the last two months I’ve been eating it like once a week, out of an overwhelming fear of what pizza in Scotland must be like and the knowledge that it’ll be a few years before I can eat NYC pizza again….Time to learn how to make it!
