Clear Channel thinks they can still get a premium price for Limbaugh and that another network will pick him up. Cumulus thinks they can slot another nut there that is cheaper and less subject to being too outrageous and keep their listeners (and thus advertisers and the associated income.)

I wonder when someone will get clever and get Sarah Palin a radio cooking program — except that every meal prep will be salad.
