This case is the usual bit I’ve become used to: The guy who “stays here all the time” (trans: stayed here once several months ago) who is totally confused that I won’t just take cash for the security deposit because my coworker (probably on GM’s orders) did so last time since the broke-ass showed up with empty credit cards but a fat wad of bills.

With me it’s being hard ass about food, glass & closing times. Had a group put towels over the security cams one time and they were shocked when I walked in 10 minutes later with 2 Hayward PD officers and asked them to either go to their rooms for the night or be escorted off the property. GM was pissed but I wasn’t especially apologetic for it.
