Agreed. Hitler was a rabble-rouser; occasionally brilliant at whipping up crowds, but too egotistical and delusional.
Heydrich was cold-blooded efficient.
He would not have invaded Russia until England was finished off, or maybe not at all. He would have cut his losses with Italy and North Africa, and concentrated on building an A-Bomb, and long-range bombers to reach the U.S. from bases in Ireland.
