I’m pretty sure I saw the photo here at LGF, but I don’t remember in what context.
Meanwhile, I found an article on Salon about the guy, whose name is still unknown. He wrote an anonymous blog about the photo, identifying himself as half-Jewish.

If anyone remembers seeing a photo here of a Trump son standing behind another guy with tortoiseshell eyeglasses, let me know.

Again, I have to caution against accepting these claims of being Jewish at face value. There’s absolutely no proof this is even the guy in the photo, and Nazis love to spread disinformation like this.
