Have you ever had an Anthony’s Pizza, they are all over town. He’s from NYC and it’s the first time in 20 years that I could actually get NYC styled pizza that was truly a NYC styled pizza.

A bit pricey, but very authentic. We even have one up here in the hills at 8000 thousand feet (must be harder to make the dough rise). He has about 20 shops in the Metro Denver area.

When I want pizza, this is where I go.

Not exactly authentic NY pizza.

But they do have what must be the only crawfish etouffee pizza on the face of the earth.
