Funny, Wildstein hasn’t even presented his evidence, yet Christie’s office is sure that they’ve been exonerated. They seem to believe that if they can prove he had no clue about the closings until months after the fact, then he can claim ignorance of what was going on in his own office.

Assuming Wildstein’s on the level, the only thing that would save Christie’s ass at this point is destroying evidence.
