Joe needs to name a shadow cabinet now. Start holding public cabinet meetings via Zoom. Work with cooperative governors - not just Dems but also the saner Republicans in Massachusetts, Maryland and Ohio. Show the country what his leadership will look like, to the point where we get to November and there’s not even anything left to debate.

Isn’t Andrew Cuomo working on getting the nomination for himself? I don’t know how enthusiastic he would be on playing second fiddle to the presumptive nominee, when he may be planning an insurrection at the convention. Oh wait — will there actually be a convention? I don’t see how this disease will be under sufficient control for the summer DNC in Milwaukee in July.
