Anytime an innocent is killed in a war that war becomes immoral. All wars are immoral.

That does not mean the war is unjust.

Does the immorality fall on those who have no intention of killing innocents, or on the person who is hiding behind them?

It actually doesn’t matter, I guess. I do hate hearing when it happens. Qaddafi needs to make some better choices for himself AND his family, though.
