It is allergy season, my eyes are itching like a sonofabitch. It is making it very difficult to not touch my face.

If you MUST scratch/rub your eyes, use a Kleenex or other tissue and then dispose of immediately. Not the optimal solution (not touching), but better than your bare hand.
