Thing is, the person doesn’t seem like a fire-breathing, rabid “Operation Rescue” type. They said they “respect” other people’s choices, and before they went on to use the pill=abortifacient” argument, they admitted it might be oversimplified. That’s why I’m thinking it’s someone simply repeating what they’ve been told, and that they might be open to a counter-argument backed up by medical facts (it isn’t so much a question of me trying to change their beliefs, but get them to at least stop spreading misinformation, i.e. the claim the pill always causes abortions)
