Anybody can be dismissed easily. That’s the glory in ridicule.

If Rubio’s worried he’ll be dismissed, then he’s already out the door. He has to figure out how to respond, and not react, to ridicule. And if he can’t dish it out, he’s screwed. Because the only way to bring Trump down is to mock him, and mock the people who support him.
