The zygote usually dies after it fails to attach to the uterine wall or is spontaneously aborted.

Those count as preëxisting conditions (for which you can still be denied life insurance today, which is why I don’t have any).

The only reason I can get any life insurance is because I’m a Federal employee. When I was ordered to pay child support years ago the judge ordered me to get an additional life insurance policy. No company would write a policy for me based on my and my family’s medical records except one that would only write a $2,500 term policy with astronomical premiums which the judge rejected…
