not necessarily. Those Egyptians influence by it would convince themselves that they are Arabs, not Africans, and then build up the identification of ‘African’ as ‘black’ and finally slather on a heaping of racism.

Also remember Amin Al Husseini, the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem and his friendship with Hitler although he wasn’t Egyptian, but the Nazi ties have been there before.
