What pisses me off is that it had to happen to them directly before they even thought about anyone else. Maybe, just maybe, they will learn to give a shit about other people while they care about themselves. It’s actually possible to do both. This selfishness is why we have not progressed in SO many areas and why shit is slow to change. This is not complicated, humans are making it that way.
